You may contact an EBID employee by calling our main telephone number, 575-526-6671 and then dialing his/her extension number. You may find a list of extensions on our Employee Listing page. 

If the employee is not available to answer the call personally, you are welcome to leave a message on our voice mail system. However, if you prefer to not leave a voice mail message, when you call the main number, just wait on the line or dial "0" and an employee will answer the call and assist you in any way possible such as utilizing our paging system to locate the employee.
