Welcome to the District! I hope you enjoy "surfing" our web page. The Executive Branch of our District is comprised of (1) Treausrer/Manager, (6) Staff Members and (1) one Executive Coordinator who all answer to the Board of Directors of the Elephant Butte Irrigation District. The Board of Directors sets forth the policies and directs the staff to administer and manage them to ensure equitable treatment and service to all of our employees and constituents.

Staff members serve as department heads over those areas critical to the operations and maintenance of the District. I encourage you to find out more about each department and the services it renders to our constituents and the public at large. It is our goal to provide you with excellent service and performance as we continue to deliver surface water from the Rio Grande to the largest agricultural irrigation district in New Mexico.

Our success and notoriety is recognized in the State and in the West and comes from our most important feature-more than 100 dedicated employees who continue to serve you. I hope that you will support our endeavors and will continue to provide us with your comments and opinions.
