Water Records Division

The Water Records Division is also known as our constituent help center. Our operating hours during irrigation season are Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM to assist you with placing your water orders and contacting your ditch riders. Additionally, water orders can be placed on our voice mail system 7 days a week.

The Water Records Division can assist you with all your irrigation account information. Such as water order placing and status, owner histories, water statement questions, water charge questions, renter agreements as well as contacting your ditch riders. Our Water Records clerk is also available you assist your water records related questions. The Water Records supervisor is Gail Norvell (526-6671 extension 410 or email) and she is ready to help you with any questions you might have.
