Water Resources Information System Software

The software for the EBID WRIS system was developed by RCM Enterprises, LLC of Las Cruces, New Mexico, and consists of 1) the website script you are using now and 2) the underlying desktop software called Telemetry Toolchest. The website script is written in classical Active Server Pages (ASP) because that language requires no client side downloads or Active X controls, resulting in a practically maintenance free experience for the end user. The Telemetry Toolchest is written in Visual Basic .NET and allows EBID personnel to maintain their site listings, control the information displayed on the web, and to review and certify the raw data gathered from EBID's radio telemetry units.
