Elephant Butte Irrigation District (EBID) plays an active stakeholder role in projects such as this in the agricultural community of Hatch. The District’s ongoing work with groups such as the South Central New Mexico Stormwater Management Coalition (Stormwater Coalition) contributes greatly to regional watershed and stormwater management.
